This time, he is being arrested with a Nigeria Correctional Service uniform, which he uses to scam unsuspecting members of the public.
Speaking on where he gets the security uniforms, Sani said they were from a friend, but after several questions, he confessed to having contracted tailors to make them for him.
For the second nabbed 51-year-old ex-convict, Aminu Isiyaku, the Police Public Relations Officer, described him as a habitual and serial rapist, who has been paraded by the command severally and served prison terms in the past.
