Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele Foundation gives out cash, sewing machines for people in Abeokuta

The House Of Assembly candidate who contested under the platform of Labour Party in the last election in Ogun State honorable igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele (IWA), has doles out cash and sewing machines to his people yesterday as a way to contribute to the growth of his constituency.

Igbalaye has identified the high rate of unemployment as major factors  responsible for insecurity in the country. 

Unemployment responsible for high rate of insecurity, says Igbalaye lamented that many youths have took into crime due to inability to get good employment opportunities. 
He said this while speaking at an empowerment programe he organised for the residents of Abeokuta South Constituency II held at his office in Abeokuta. 
Igbalaye through his Igbalaye Ayodele Foundation gave out cash and sewing machines to no fewer than 22  beneficiaries of his constituency. 
Igbalaye explained that the empowerment is to assist Ogun residents in having something they are doing since  there is no employment opportunities. 
He further explained that there are plans to train not less than 80 youths on barbing, catering and tailoring. 
Igbalaye added that 10 beneficiaries will benefit from each of the eight wards in Abeokuta South. 
The philanthropist also said he will be giving out 500 forms to people interested in schooling in Cotonou. 
He noted that he will also pay half of the school fees for the interested candidates. 
He added, “we are doing this to assist the members of our community sixne the government cannot do it alone. 
“I imploy everyone that benefit from this empowerment to use the money judiciously.”
Igbalaye also said his foundation is targeting over 1,000 petty traders who will be given N5, 000 to boost their businesses.
In their reaction, the beneficiaries commended the philanthropist for the gesture. 
They urged the government to emulate the kind gesture of the philanthropist in assisting the residents.
