The Temitayo Agemo-Okuboyejo Renaissance Project, a project facilitated by Mrs. Temitayo Agemo-okuboyejo has completed the last initiative “A DAY TO CODE” held across Ado-Odo/Ota LGA in Ado-odo, Ota and Igbesa on Thursday 15 July, Friday 16 July & Saturday 17 July respectively.
In continuance of one of the core objectives of Temitayo Agemo-Okuboyejo Renaissance Project is to encourage the pursuit of excellence in education and support up-skilling measures in Ado-Odo/Ota LGA, the project introduced a total of 350 children from ages 7 to 12 to computer programming using ‘Scratch’ over the course of a day.
The project successfully provided a snapshot to programming to our future leaders so that they can partake in the increasing digitisation of societies across the world as the 6th industrial revolution dawns.
Prodigy Hub Enugu provided the much needed physical resources that made each day possible. Ado-Odo Community backed the Project’s efforts by allowing free usage of the town hall.
A DAY TO CODE PROJECT, imparted coding skills in children in Ado Odo/Ota Communities.
Parents whose child(ren) participated in the coding training appreciated the efforts of the facilitator of the Project Mrs. Temitayo Agemo-Okuboyejo for being an industrious woman of virtue – they also prayer for her in accordance to their good feelings.
