PDP Ward Chairman Refutes Existence of Israel Jolaosho in Open Letter to Sir Adebutu, Hails Adebutu as “Father for All in Ogun State”

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ward 3 in Remo North Local Government of Ogun State has responded to an open letter written by one Israel Jolaosho, claiming to be a member of the party, addressed to Sir Kensington Adebutu. The Chairman of the PDP Ward 3, Remo North Local Government and member for over fifteen years, Mr Sunday Taiwo, stated that there is no member of the party in their ward who bears the fictitious name “Israel Jolaosho”. Mr Taiwo also addressed recent cyber-bullying, media trial and name-calling by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Publicity Secretary, Tunde Oladunjoye, and the recently dissolved SF Ojo of the Governor’s media team.

Mr Taiwo condemned the attack on Sir Adebutu, who he described as a revered elder statesman; he emphasized Adebutu’s impact in the education, health and other sectors of human endeavor within and outside of Ogun State. He stated that the actions of Tunde Oladunjoye, SF Ojo and their paymaster, Dapo Abiodun, show that they do not have an elder as revered as Sir Adebutu in their lineage, which is why they attacked the philanthropist.
While Sir Adebutu has been of immense support to Governor Dapo Abiodun before and after he became governor, the governor has apparently allowed his foot soldiers to attack Sir Adebutu. Mr Taiwo called out Governor Abiodun’s dwindling reputation since he was accused of credit card fraud, which he has yet to defend himself from. Mr Taiwo also accused Governor Abiodun of stealing local government funds, electoral malpractice, voter intimidation, and harassment.
Mr Taiwo warned Governor Abiodun and his cohorts that their days are numbered and their various atrocities in the March 18th gubernatorial election will be revealed to the public when the Election Petition Tribunal begins its trial. He advised Governor Abiodun to prepare himself for the shock that will befall him after the mandate he illegally stole will be restored to the people who voted lawfully for the PDP.
The PDP commended Sir Adebutu for his exemplary character and contributions to the development of Ogun State. Sir Adebutu has been a source of attraction and has won several accolades for his remarkable contributions to education, health and other sectors of the Nigerian society.
